Token sale, or initial coin offering (ICO), is a type of crowdfunding via blockchain technology. In here, capital is raised by exchanging a new cryptocurrency or crypto-token against existing cryptocurrencies. Companies can ‘tokenize’ themselves and generate blockchain-based stake tokens, representing ownership in the company - similar to an initial public offering (IPO) that issues stocks of a company. With a token sale, investors send cryptocurrencies, such as Ether, and receive tokens in return.

The Sisu tokens represent an equity share in Sisu Holding Company. Sisu is currently valued at $25 million. Over the past 12 months revenue was in excess of $1.4 million and net income was in excess of $400,000. Sisu is offering 40% of the holding company, raising $10 million.
The issuing price of one Sisu token is $0.01. One Sisu token represents one share in Sisu Holding Company. The total Sisu token float after the token sale will be 1 billion Sisu tokens, or 1 billion Sisu shares.
Ownership of Sisu tokens represents ownership in Sisu Holding Company.
